Extending to Asia region, in 2008, Avis Vietnam was established under the nam of An Hoa Phat Rent A Car Co. Ltd.

In a newly emerging market like Vietnam, there is plenty of room for development and active participation in the globalization process. Avis Vietnam has achieved early success by grasping the golden principles of sustainable company operations along with establishing professionalism in service, which has been acknowledged globally by the Avis Budget Group.

In particular, between 2012 and 2014, Avis Vietnam witnessed the second-highest growth rate in Asia. In 2016, Avis VIetnam was honored with the "Asian Long Service Avis 5 Years" Award and was presented with the "Winning Spirit" award at the Avis Asia Conference in 2018. Avis Vietnam continues to obtain the "Long Service Award 10 Years" in 2019. Additionally, Avis Vietnam was awarded the "Business Sustainability Award 2023" at the Global Licensee Conference 2023 in Chicago (USA).
